Stephen S. Weiss
Stephen Weiss is an experienced litigator, well-versed in product liability, construction litigation, coverage disputes and school law and liability. An artful negotiator and adept in the courtroom, Mr. Weiss has extensive trial and appellate court experience, including success in arguing before the Illinois Supreme Court. Mr. Weiss authored the “Method and Sufficiency of Proof,” chapter in the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Illinois Civil Trial Evidence practice handbook and also lectures on trial and practice techniques to various professional organizations, insurance executives and corporations.
