Panos T. Topalis
Panos Topalis concentrates in professional liability matters, including agents and brokers liability, and general tort defense work. He is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association Assembly and a member and speaker for the Tort Law Committee of the ISBA. Mr. Topalis is currently the Co-Chair of the Insurance Agents & Brokers Liability Subcommittee of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, and is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel Professional Liability Committee, and recently served as its co-chair. Mr. Topalis has written articles for the IDC Monograph concerning agent and broker liability and wrote the “Venue and Forum Non Conveniens,” chapter in the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s handbook, Illinois Civil Practice.
